Dunk Low Premium ‘Yellow Curb’ by Nike SB
The last time the elephant print presented itself on a pair of Nike Dunk Low SB’s, there was a large buzz around the sneaker world. The Supreme Dunk Low’s are still regarded as a holy grail, with some lucky sneaker-heads not having the heart to wear them. We’ve seen many models designed with elephant print, but never again on a Dunk Low SB. “The Yellow Curb” attempts to recapture the excitement around a Nike SB release that seems to have ebbed this year. There is a leather and patent leather embossed print on the toe and back panels respectively. The inspiration for the design are the slippery waxed laden curbs that skaters grind on, the Yellow Curb features a combination of fabrics; Mesh on the toe box, grip tape on the side panels, and patent leather on the back panels. This December brick-and-mortar only release is something different from the average SB. UNITE will be one of the limited stockists. Thanks to warped.
Zoom Stefan Janoski by Nike SB
The ever popular Nike SB is back again and this time in a great brown/rattan colorway. The Stefan Janoski is one of those shoes, that due to its timeless boat-shoe look and its performance ability, has become a favorite for skateboarding and sneaker collectors alike. On this particular Janoski we see a premium brown suede upper with rattan swoosh, stitching, sole, and branding. The sneakers also feature a premium leather set of laces and lining to bring it all together. This is a good look for the infamous skate shoe. Look for these at UNITE in December. (thanks bnib)
Dunk High Premium by Nike SB
As a welcome holiday present for December; Nike SB is releasing something we all love from the good old days of SB, a Dunk High Premium in all suede. The Dark Obsidian / Varsity Red style #313171-400 Dunk High for December is reminiscent of the “Papa Bear” Dunk High Premium from 2006 albeit a little switch in the color blocking on the upper. Should I dare label this Dunk High Premium the “Un-Papa Bear?” Look for these at UNITE in the first week of December.
